MJ has performed statewide planning, engineering, and construction services, including bridge engineering in nearly 100 Vermont towns. MJ specializes in helping municipalities develop customized, cost-effective capital improvement plans to prioritize bridge and culvert resources, but can also help inventory other infrastructure assets, including road surfaces, pavement, environmental resources, utilities, and waterways. MJ can tailor an infrastructure management plan to a towns current software platform using database (Access), spreadsheet (Excel), CADD (AutoCAD or MicroStation), and GIS (ArcView) programs, and prepare necessary funding applications.
