TSP/Ned Connell provides pavement management systems for over 75 communities throughout Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, and New Jersey using RSMS, Cartegraph Suite, MicroPaver, and Paserware. Ned is well versed in ArcPad, ArcGIS, Quantum GIS, and FGIS to collect GIS/GPS data and produce maps. TSP/Ned Connell also contracts with towns to annually and monthly manage pavement management data, capital improvement programs. Ned Connell/TSP also provides technical support and training.
TSP/Ned Connell has performed detailed inventories and condition assessments for over 7,500 structures in over 30 communities using (ArcGIS, ArcPad, Categraph Suite, FGIS, or Manifold GIS System). TSP/Ned Connell contracts with towns to annually and monthly manage their culvert data, capital improvement programs. Ned Connell/TSP also provides training and technical support.
Ned Connell/TSP are currently creating the Vermont Bridge & Culvert Manual/Training program.
