Bob trains in the use of RSMS. He has inventoried culverts and short bridges for several towns, recording data and providing reports from both Access and Excel.
He has prepared RSMS inventories for several communities, and has the software capability to analyze RSMS data to obtain long range forecasts of system/segment condition depending on the funds available for pavement work, and to suggest the optimum type and location of paving projects for several years into the future.
Bob provides management assistance to towns by defining the scope of projects for culverts, bridges, and pavements, and assisting with grant applications.
He primarily serves towns in northern Vermont.
